Why you should pack your morning workout bag BEFORE going to bed

Because you just might, in the wee hours of the morning as you fumble around getting said workout bag ready the morning of, forget perchance to pack your work shoes and then find yourself wondering how on earth you will explain to your clients why you are wearing a cute black suit with a silk shirt, pearl earrings and... adidas.

Thank goodness for uncomfortable black heeled shoes worn earlier in the week which were so painful that upon entering my car I kicked them off and flung them into the back seat. So while it is a somewhat painful day for my beleaguered feet, it could be worse. I guess the saying applies here, if you can't be thankful for what you have, be thankful for what you escaped such as suit ala adidas. Or something like that I guess.

Haha. My roommate just came in and informed me that she went to work with only one dress shoe today :). I keep all my dress shoes under my desk at work...which poses problems in and of itself. :-D

You know you should do it, but some reason or other you never do!

Personal experience :p

LOL - When I worked downtown I used to see women in sharp business suits walking down the street in ugly sneakers all the time. Cracked me up. I think they used to wear the sneakers to get from the parking garage to the buildings. That would be quite a walk in heels. I know I wouldn't make it without breaking my ankle. LOL.

That's funny! Thanks for sharing. My pastor and his wife wore tennis shoes with their suit and dress on their wedding day. Looked kind of silly, but I can't say I blame them. I wore heels at my wedding and my feet were about to fall off.

I've had to keep an extra pair of work shoes and a plain white shirt at work. The extra shoes were in case I was silly enough to wear really nice but uncomfy shoes one day and regretted the idea by lunch. And since I somehow attract stains to white and not any other color that I wear, I learned my lesson and kept the extra shirt too!

Tee, I need to start doing that. When I walk in heels all week I feel my feet are still not recuperated by Sunday night. And that can't be good for my knees.

Marty, lol, thats kind of cute :) Haev you seen father of the bride? She wore sneakers too :)

AKA- I avoid white shirts like the plague for that very reason :) LOL Thanks for the tip on the shoes!
